Taking a stroll down Yong Fu Road near the McDonald's, it's easy to see that it's getting busier and busier with all kinds of new businesses and shops. December Music Bar opened quietly on the Sun Mall on September 25, adding to the area's choice of venues. As we stepped into the bar for the first time, we heard ¡§Welcome¡¨ in a smooth and tender voice, but we couldn't tell where it was coming from. Then, finally, we found the lovely, petite owner Miao Miao, saying hello to us. The walls around the place are decorated with some great pictures created by Miao Miao herself. Miao Miao is an energetic person overflowing with passion. She is very friendly and would make great company while enjoying a drink from the bar on first floor. There is lounge area on the second floor and the prices are the same as the first floor with no extra charge for the lounge seating. Besides the usual beverages served at such an establishment, try a few special warm beverages¡XFall in Chocolate (NT$180), and Russiou Fire (NT$180), both of which Miao Miao recommends. Tasty side dishes include: Salty Pork (NT$120), and home made dumplings (NT$100).
