Inhotstone Pot
Inhotstone Pot--featuring a unique Korean style of rice preparation--is one of Korea's food specialties. Roasted fragrant rice with other tasty dishes create an aroma that makes your mouth water. Located opposite from Tunghai University, Samwon Garden serves up some of this authentic Korean cuisine, from main courses to alternative Korean snacks.

* Ingredients: Rice, bean sprouts, mushrooms, carrots, green vegetables and lettuce (vegetables vary according to season)
* Dressing: Sesame seeds, sesame oil, seaweed
* Korean snacks: Kimchi, broccoli, green bean sprouts, cucumber and vegetables

Instructions:
1. Butter a wok to heat up the rice and cooked vegetables.
2. Heat wok and roast rice. The length of roasting time depends on personal taste.
3. Add seasoning and seaweed and mix in evenly with the rice.
