Inside and out, there's absolutely no mistaking this charming Greek/Mediterranean restaurant's main theme. The exterior resembles the picturesque churches on the Greek island of Santorini, complete with white-washed walls and blue dome, topped by a white cross, plus an arched steeple with three bells. Walk through the gate and up a white-pebbled path, step inside and you can honestly pretend to be in a Greek villa, complete with white walls, wooden floors and ceiling rafters, deep-blue wooden doors and window frames, and rustic blue-painted wooden chairs. All this is the brainchild of the owner, who lived in Greece for a while. The menu--with all prices also listed in Euros--is a mix of Greek and Italian dishes. Greek food includes Greek Chicken Souvlaki (NT$250, 6.1 Euros), Greek Feta Salad (NT$90, 2.2 Euros) and "The Mediterranean Sea" chicken gyro (NT$130). Other Italian-style choices include several pastas, a risotto dish--Seafood Rice with Cream Sauce (NT$270), Seafood Soup with Bread (NT$270), Aegean Sea Chicken Salad (NT$130), and Garlic Mussels (NT$90). For dessert, there are various waffles, cakes and ice cream. There are mixed-juice drinks like Orange Pomegranate (NT$150), milkshakes (NT$170), beer (NT$90), and coffees (NT$150). A weekday NT$190 Business Lunch (11:30 a.m.-2 p.m.) provides one of three entrees plus soup and drink. There are NT$350 "A" and NT$490 "B" set-menu meals, plus a daily (2-5 p.m.) Afternoon Tea special. Aegean Sea is just off the WuQuan (Art Museum) Parkway, almost hidden on a small lane next to Pumpkin House.
