Imagine throwing back a few drinks while enjoying chunks of meat in an exotic Mongolian tent; this mental scene is what you'll find at Outer Mongolia Restaurant, a place specializing in tasty, Mongolian-style meat dishes. Their lamb ribs are marinated with red wine, cumin and fennel seeds and then baked to perfection. The Lamb Sashimi is cooked with top-quality lamb sirloin and topped with egg yolk and soy sauce; the flavor is unlike anything you've ever tasted. The Lamb's Milk Liquor, a specialty drink made with vodka and goat's milk, has a rich, creamy flavor which goes down ultra-smoothly. They offer set meals for two (NT$999), three to four (NT$1,360), six to eight (NT$3,500) and and eight to ten (NT$5,000) diners. --By Niang Chen, translated by Ann Lee
