Over the years, the owner Mr. Su, has attracted a great following of fans devoted to his specialty beef cuisine. Su, who's spent his life preparing beef, is quite the expert. "At the restaurant, we only use Taiwanese beef", he says proudly. For hot pot selections, customers have three broth choices, Super Spicy, Half Spicy and Healthy Choice (NT$300/pot), as well as countless ingredients. Come before the end of April to enjoy a 50% discount on all hot pot selections. Great beef choices include: The Superior Quality Beef Meal (NT$500), Wu-Hua Beef (牛五花NT$350), and Beef Slices (NT$300). On a special note, guests can even taste the rarest parts of the animal such as the cow's eye, heart, liver, or tongue (NT$250). A couple of the delectable a la carte choices include Matsusaka pork, fresh scallops, lamb chops, and Emperor Crab legs (NT$300). --By Uvia Chang, translated by Ann Lee
