This year they're offering six specially-prepared Christmas dishes, available from December 20 to 28. Their specialty dishes actually resemble the Christmas decorations that are strewn about the place. The first dish that is served is the Rih Xiang Snowman, which basically a tower of mashed potatoes shaped like a snowman and stuffed with a variety of nuts. The Snow Ball, another mashed potato dish, has a round shape. The third course, Rice with Pumpkin, is colorful and tasty. The fourth dish, resembling mistletoe, is made with ingredients like tomatoes, basil and pine nuts. The fifth dish is a Christmas Tree--a mountain of broccoli. Finally, there is the Christmas Flower Sea--the only meat dish for the entire set; it's made with shrimp, minced pork, colored peppers and eggplant. The restaurant also offers fun DIY projects for groups of 20 or more. Call for details.
