This NT$99/dish restaurant serves everything; you'll find seafood, pan-fried, stir-fried, broiled and fried selections, as well as cold appetizers and spicy stir-fries. With over 120 menu items to choose from, it's no wonder that customers are always lining up to get a table. --By Niang Chen, translated by Ann Lee

A. Popular dishes include Japanese-style Oysters, Grilled Lamb Chops, and Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs. The fresh oysters are served with wasabi sauce and onions; the tangy wasabi sauce brings out the sweetness of the oysters. All seafood ingredients are bought on the day they are cooked, so freshness is guaranteed.

B. Braised Bitter Melon with Pork Intestines, Grilled Saba Fish Stomach, Charcoal-Grilled Beef Ribs, and Pineapple & Bitter Melon Chicken Soup are all made with top-grade ingredients by five-star hotel chefs. The hearty bitter melon with pork dish has a mixture of sweet and salty flavors. Try the pineapple/chicken soup--it's one of the most authentic Taiwanese-style delicacies.
