Dollars Teppanyaki's spacious, well-lit dining area seats only 26 diners, to ensure maximum enjoyment of a high-quality dining experience and above-average standards. The restaurant has selected an array of fine ingredients like U.S. Angus beef, sea bass from Penghu, and fresh, 20-centimenter-long prawns. Dollars also offers daily business set lunch specials (NT$380), which include items like salad, soup and handmade bread rolls. You get to choose an entree from four options: Assorted Seafood Plate, Prime Quality Beef Steak, Golden Fried Chicken Steak, and Pork Cordon Bleu. Or try the pricier Delicate Lunch Set (NT$950), which offers a choice from six options, such as Angus Rib-eye Steak, French-Style Lamb Chop, and Grilled Lobster with Mushroom Risotto. This sumptuous meal set comes with a total of 11 courses, including appetizers, fried rice and seasonal vegetables. The portion size and quality makes this meal worth every NT dollar. --By Niang Chen, translated by Ann Lee

A. Chef Wang Zhi-qiang has about 20 years of culinary experience. He prepares the Angus Rib Steak (NT$950) in two ways, sauteed and stewed in red wine sauce, for greater dining variety and enjoyment.

B. The Seafood Combo Meal Set (NT$950) comes with 10 appetizers, a cold plate dish, dessert and a beverage.
