A. During peak dining hours, Han Jia Yuan is always crowded with people, as this place has already started to win a good reputation in Taiping city.

B.The Healthy Energy Hot Pot (NT$200) and the Tomato Soup Hot Pot (NT$180) are both served with either beef, lamb, pork or chicken (choose one). All soup used in hot pot dishes is cooked with chicken bones. Healthy Energy Hot Pot has added Chinese medicinal ingredients like wolfberry, female ginseng and red dates, which provide rich flavors and textures. The Tomato Soup Hot Pot is cooked with Italian-imported tomato soup, and comes with a plate of 17 ingredients like taro, seasonal vegetables, chicken breast and thinly-sliced beef. The soup itself has a slightly sour taste, and you can choose to dab the meat with a specially-made barbecue sauce or the garlic white vinegar sauce for a delicious finish. For extra helpings of hot pot ingredients, you can order beef pieces (NT$150) and fresh, daily-delivered oysters (NT$50).
