Brics Steak-House, part of the "A Huge Giant" restaurant chain, features a medieval European, palatial-looking interior, including large French windows, gentle lighting and lavish seating areas, that contributes to a high-end dining experience.

Store manager James Chan, one of the founders of A Huge Giant Teppanyaki restaurant chain, has worked in the culinary industry over a quarter century and knows everything there is to know about beef. At Brics, you will be treated to high-quality U.S. Prime beef prepared American-style. The generous cuts need only a seasoning of rosy salt and pepper to make every inviting mouthful juicy and tender. If you chew the meat carefully, you might even notice the faint fragrance of corn. At this steakhouse, every piece of steak is grilled at 1,350 degrees Fahrenheit, instantly searing in the meat's juices and flavors. James says that a good steak not only needs to have a fine texture, but also an evenly distributed fat content, the right cooking heat and presentation on the right kind of plates. The special ceramic plates used at Brics are designed to release a natural radio frequency that dissolvs water molecules, keeping the steak warm and melting the meat for a even finer bite.

The business lunch set menu includes either U.S. Prime Petite Filet (6 ounce), U.S. Prime Ribeye (6 oz.), Grilled Chicken with Spices, or Grilled Codfish and Crabmeat. This includes soup, house salad, sorbet, dessert and coffee or tea. There are also two-person set menus built around main courses like the U.S. Prime Filet, Ribeye or New York Strip (16 oz.) plus French Goose Liver. This comes with an aperitif, hors-d'oeuvres, choice of soup and salad, a sorbet, choice of side dish, dessert and coffee or tea. You can also order a la carte main courses like Lobster, Lamb Chops, Grilled Comprehensive Seafood and more. All this adds up to an exquisite dining experience that neither your tastebuds nor stomach will forget.
