Enter Hotel Dion's Cafe Dion and you'll be carried away by the joyful atmosphere that every corner exudes, from the golden lights glowing down on the elegant black decor to the professional services provided by the attractive wait staff. This friendliness is only emphasized by the smiles of the supervisor, Annie. The suave, youthful Vice President Chou notes, "You can only do your job best in a joyful and comfortable environment." Cafe's Dion's most unforgettable qualities, including the focused, genuine services offered to diners by the staff, seem to bear his words out.

Although one of the cafe's purposes is to provide hotel guests with a free breakfast buffet, this meal is also open to the public. For a reasonable NT$200 per person, you can savor 30 to 40 different fresh-made courses, including all kinds of breads, salad, spicy chicken wings, desserts, vegetables, fruit and various beverages, not to mention high-quality coffee at the bar from the experienced hands of bartender Vivian. Just explain to her your preferred flavor or style and she will provide exactly what you want, even the next time you order.

Business lunch and dinner sets range from NT$200 to NT$320. Entrees like the Seafood Spaghetti with Cream Sauce (NT$250) and Thai Spicy Chili Chicken with Rice (NT$230) allow you to appreciate the exquisite kitchen effort invested by the chefs. This quality extends to lighter courses such as the Club Sandwich (NT$250) and Waffles (NT$230). The fresh and healthy Vege-Fruit Juice (NT$180) is made with a combination of apples, carrots and freshly-squeezed grapefruit. The Dion Classic Coffee (NT$150) is sugar-free, but has a smooth, faintly sweet flavor that comes from the rich cream used instead.
