This restaurant has everything you can think of and the variety of items it carries is stunning. While it may not be unusual to offer multi-purpose spaces, it is a big plus with facilities including a conference room equipped with computers and printers. Concerts are also organized over the weekends in this area, with its modern interior design. A NT$3,000-8,000 Chinese set menu has also been specially created and English-style three-layer cakes are included on the afternoon tea menu. Additionally, you can enjoy delicious hotpots, pastas, set meals and professionally brewed coffees here. --By Niang Chen, translated by Sho Huang
A. The three-story building cleverly combines traditional and modern elements, such as a spacious playground designed for parents and children with soft comfy floor and chairs--a pleasant display of touching thoughtfulness.
B. The Burgundy Red Wine Cooked Beef (NT$280) provides great enjoyment for your eyes and palate. A spring roll skin is first deep-fried in the shape of a cup and then filled with beef stewed with Burgundy wine, rosemary, parsley and bay leaves. When diners savor this dish, the fragrant Italian spices are released from the beef, creating an not-to-be-missed delight.
C.Seafood Ishikari Pot (NT$340) utilizes white miso as its broth base to create a nice fragrance and flavor. Top-grade meat, seafood and seasonal vegetables are cooked briefly in the broth, giving it added fresh and original flavors that are delicious and healthy.
