This place's current location is quite small, so the owners are already started to build a brand-new restaurant at 23, Alley 2, DongYuan Lane and plan to be finished by the end of March. The comfortable new Toys Farm branch will hold a Surprise Board Games Auction event. The owner has five years experience playing board games and, during "Settlers of Catan" International Games last year, was the Taiwan representative player.

A: The meals are all designed by the owner's wife. Creamy Crispy Dory Fish Spaghetti (pictured, back) has a chewy but tender fish. The Fried Pork Chop with Curry Soup (pictured, front) features crispy pastry, very tender pork and a light, slightly spicy curry.

B: When playing "Villa Paletti" you have to complete the building to finish the game.

C: The "Settlers of Catan" board game is the owner's favorite.

Drive toward the main entrance of Feng Chia University, pass FuXin Road, turn left when you see a parking lot on your left side and you'll see the What's Up Game Theme Restaurant. The restaurant's open space can be partitioned with curtains, and groups can borrow an overhead projector from the restaurant for group activities or meetings. After a board game exhibition in Germany last winter, What's Up selected 50-60 new games and brought them to the restaurant. At the end of the year, they also held a second-hand board games sale.

A: The animals in the "Safari" games are cute and funny, with the Gugu Chicken shown at the back. On the left side at the back there is a black and white box; the owner bought it only because he thought the little models in the box, such as chairs, cheese, cats and mice, were so cute. This game's instructions are not in Chinese or English, only some European languages.

B: Pictured at the front is "Dream Factory", with "A La Carte" at the back. You'll never realize how fun these games are until you start to play them.

C: Popular entrees include Mexican Spicy Chicken with Rice (NT$165) and Herb and Cheese Chicken Noodles (NT$165), served with a cup of black or green tea. Just add another NT$40 to upgrade a Special Offer Set "A" drink, like the pictured Lemon Green Tea (NT$100), to a large size. Special Offer sets "B" and "C" can also be enjoyed
