At the entrance to Lane 20, FengJia Rd, Xitun District; 0980-696121
Hours: 4 pm-12 am

Owner Mr. Wang, with an experienced background in the food industry, developed and improved the milk sauce, filling and bread crust for his NT$35 proprietary sandwich creations. This dessert doesn't contain any artificial butter flavorings, and its very unique flavor quickly made it a hit. Filling flavors include chocolate, peanut, custard cream, and coconut. There are also two unique fillings--milk and brown sugar. If you choose milk option, you can add an extra sauce like strawberry, mango, and blueberry.

A: A large sign with sandwich picture has a mouth-watering effect on passers-by.

B: To make these sandwiches, spread on a layer of refreshing milk sauce, pour stuffing all over it, drizzle on some mango sauce with fruit bits, and bake the whole thing for about three minutes. At first bite, you experience the crispness of the outer layer as the specially-made milk filling enhances the sweetness of the mango sauce. This mellow, but non-sticky taste mixes milk and fruit flavors and a crispiness.
