There are no fixed menus at the restaurant, which offers lightly-flavored seasonal vegetables and seafood. It also offers customized set meals (about 6 dishes, NT$500-800/person) and table sets (NT$3,000/10 people) that include 10 dishes, such as Steamed Seafood, Taiwan Jewel Orchid Stew with Chicken, Premium Pork Knuckle, and Shrimp Cooked with a Ceramic Plate. All sets include all-you-can-drink fresh-made juice containing collagen. --By Niang Chen, translated by Angel Pu

A. Take Taichung-Nantou Expressway towards Caotun, get off at the Caotun Interchange, and turn right at the first intersection. Shih Hwa Biotech Center stands tall in the middle of sweeping rice paddies. When its glass curtain walls reflect the colors of sunset, the building looks even more extraordinary.

B. Softshell Crab Temaki Sushi--This dish contains fried soft-shell crab, sliced cucumber lettuce shreds, and alfalfa sprouts. You can take your time enjoying this delicacy, which is topped with some specially-made mayonnaise and crushed nuts, and wrapped in nori seaweed.

Shih Hwa Biotech CenterC. Steamed Fish with Spring Onion Oil is an uncomplicated dish, which gets its deliciousness from the freshness of the fish and fragrance of the spring onion oil.
