Savannah, named after the relaxing city in the American state of Georgia, serves a variety of exotic cuisine from different countries in a romantic, cozy environment that was previously home to the well-known My Kitchen restaurant. The healthy desserts are prepared with premium ingredients and you shouldn't miss out on the wide selection of healthy Chinese soups. --By Niang Chen, translated by Sho Huang

A. The spacious, green courtyard aims to conjure up images of romantic Savannah, Georgia.

B. Five Flavor Chicken Broth (NT$250) is prepared with Chinese herbs and fresh chicken legs. The carefully-measured ingredients are mixed in a tasty chicken broth--made with a whole chicken--in a clay pot and cooked for three hours. The broth's nice fragrance is sweet but not over-powering and a sip reveals a light, refreshing taste. The chicken is done just right--tender but not soggy--and goes perfectly with soy sauce.

SavannahC. For the Savannah Dongpo Pork Stew set meal (NT$320) the pork is cooked with over 10 Chinese herbs, Xiaoxing liquor, white pepper and rock sugar for more than four hours to create a nice fragrance and texture. A soup, salad, three side dishes, rice and drink are included with this meal.
