According to owner Cai Xu-hao, the tastiest, most authentic northern Thai cuisine can be found in the night markets and vendors of Thailand's Isan region, and he is more than happy to share these unique flavors with Taichung residents. B. The NT$388 set meals include three appetizers, a vegetable, side dish (Thai-style stir-fry or curry), a main-entree hot pot choice (Green Coconut Curry, Red Curry, Spicy, or Seafood), a drink, rice, Shrimp Ball Soup, and Coconut and Fruit Ice dessert.
C. Prawn with Donyam Soup (NT$300), Deep-Fried Perch with Thai-Style Sauce (NT$260), and Sirloin Beef Fried with Celery and Parsley are made with traditional cooking techniques such as pounding, grinding, stir-frying, grilling, sun-drying and pickling, with a minimum use of seasoning.
