F'ede Italian Restaurant provides a variety of pasta entrees and sauces, including Cream, Pesto, Tomato Sauce, Stir-Fried, and Bolognese sauce. Besides pasta, diners can choose other items like gratin, risotto and pizza (NT$220-380). The above entrees can all be upgraded to set meals for an added NT$90 or NT$150. --By Niang Chen, translated by Angel Pu

A. F'ede Signature Pizza (NT$320) is topped with spicy German sausage, cream sausage and cuttlefish sausage. The refreshing taste of Smoked Duck Breast Vinegar Salad (NT$280) comes from its mix of red wine vinegar, olive oil, Italian spices and their exclusive dressing.

B. The Spaghetti Alla Puttanesca Business Lunch Set (NT$220) includes soup, bread and a drink. This salty and spicy pasta dish derives its tangy flavor from a combination of tomato sauce, tamarinds, seasonal vegetables and minced anchovies. The a la carte Saffron Seafood Risotto (NT$360) includes cuttlefish, shrimp, clams, mussels and chicken, and has a creamy, smooth texture.

F'ede ItalianC. With a name that means "trust" in Italian, F'ede provides attentive service, a clean dining setting and a fashionable, cosmopolitan atmosphere.
