Pasta Home is a bright, orderly-looking restaurant offering a variety of pasta-topping choices such as tomato sauce, cream sauce, pesto, Thai sauce, and a proprietary shrimp-paste sauce. Order any entree (gratin, stir-fried or risotto) and upgrade to an "A" Set by adding NT$59, or to a "B" Set by adding NT$99. --By Lishea Zheng, translated by Angel Pu

A. Pesto Seafood Pasta (NT$260 + NT$99 for Set "B") features plump prawns, mussels and orchid clams. The slightly spicy pesto sauce enhances the pasta's refreshing flavor. Set "B" comes with an elaborate salad, garlic French bread and black tea.

B. Owner Jimmy offers three wooden-bowl salads, including the pictured Caesar Chicken Salad (NT$199) with NT$40 iced black tea. This healthy, nutritious and beautifully-garnished dish can be shared by two or three diners.

Pasta HomeC. Spicy Shrimp Sauce Penne (NT$250) is made with a rich, tangy shrimp paste cooked by Jimmy himself. Also included with the set is a creamy soup (not pictured)--a mixture of onions, carrots, celery, bacon, corn and garlic.
