Headed by Executive Chef Zhang Yi-xun, Yumekawa Creative Teppanyaki offers a high-quality teppanyaki experience, delicious entrees and elaborate Japanese desserts. It also offers deep-fried items like Classic Perilla Shrimp and UFO-shaped Fried Mushrooms that go great with a glass of beer. Yumekawa's business lunch set (NT$250) has six to nine items, including appetizer, salad, fried items, main entree, soup and dessert. --By Niang Chen, translated by Angel Pu

A. Made with cherry duck from Yilan, the Honey Duck Breast with Wine (NT$320) has a juicy, sweet flavor that comes from the refreshing stewed red wine and honey sauce. The medium-rare Pan-Fried Fillet Beef is best enjoyed with some black pepper, sea salt and garlic slices.

B. Classic Perilla Shrimp (NT$65) is a traditional western Japanese dish that consists of fried tiger prawns wrapped in perilla leaves. The UFO Mushroom (NT$65) are a big flying saucer-shaped fried creations made with mushrooms, spinach, cheese and oysters. The other pictured item is Golden Crispy Crab (NT$130).
