Spanish fine dining has arrived via this high-profile restaurant, mixing lunch/dinner sets (NT$680-NT$1,880) with a tapas bar. Fleur De Sel/Papa Mio boss Chef Justine Li spent time in Spain to guarantee authenticity with entrees like Plancha Beef of Fillet in truffle sauce, fried potatoes with garlic mayonnaise, and Estofado de Rabo de Toro (Oxtail Stew with mashed potatoes). --By Douglas Habecker, translated by Angel Pu

A. Dozens of tapas and pintxos (pinchos) dishes are available, and offered exclusively after 10 p.m. Besides menu choices, diners can let the chefs surprise them with something fresh. Items like Calamares Fritos (NT$160), Gambas al Ajillo (NT$180), and Classic Tortilla/Quesos (NT$160) are best enjoyed with Sangria (NT$150/glass, NT$380/pitcher).

B. Chef Justine Li is ably assisted by chefs Frederic Hung (left) and Frenchman Vincent Blancard.
