Amourlin combines a day spa and restaurant as part of its mission of offering a full range of health and skin care services for women. The brand-new restaurant for ladies (reservations required) serves natural, organic, high-quality fusion cuisine and male diners are welcome during dinner hours. A. Amourlin's ingredients are all hand-picked by the chef, who mixes seasonal ingredients with special sauces to creates delicious low-calorie lunch sets (NT$350; set content changes regularly). There three entree choices for the dinner set (NT$980) are Bone-in Pork Tenderloin, Grilled Beef Back Ribs, and Pan-fried Wild Grouper.

B. The afternoon tea set (NT$300) is not only both tasty and healthy, but also comes with good portion sizes. The creativity used in preparation is obvious from the appearance and flavor of the desserts.
