This stylish-looking new hot pot place uses special Korean stone pots that retain heat efficiently while enhancing ingredient flavors. Three kinds of soup stock flavors are offered--Original, Spicy Kimchi, and Pickled Cabbage (NT$133/person)--and each comes with assorted vegetables, pork, shredded sweet potato rice porridge, and a dessert together with all-you-can-eat side dishes. A la carte menu items include various meats (NT$150-480), seafood (NT$100-520) and fresh vegetables (NT$80-200).

A. The Original flavor hot pot includes seasonal vegetables such as jade chestnut pumpkin, baby corn, golden needle mushrooms, jelly ear mushrooms, and corn. Diners can add the pork (marinated with sesame oil, chopped green onions and purple onions) to the fruit-and-vegetable stock. This hot pot also goes well with seafood and other meats like lamb (NT$380).

B. The restaurant's mostly-black interior has a minimalist, zen-like atmosphere.
