From the lush lawn of this new restaurant, diners can enjoy beautiful evening views of Taichung while enjoying appetizing cuisine. Located away from the city's noisier downtown, Couture Garden offers a peaceful dining setting surrounded by nature. Besides smaller dining groups, the restaurant can also accomodate wedding ceremonies and other banquets (from NT$30,000) and provides Chinese table set-menu meals (from NT$8,000/table) or Western-style buffets (from NT$600/person). A. Cured Pork (NT$200) is very flavorful and tastes even better with some garlic rice vinegar sauce. Hakka Style Pork (NT$200) is deliciously chewy while Cuttlefish with Salty Yolk (NT$200) has a unique combination of salty and sweet flavors.

B. Restaurant head chef A-hsiang's signature dishes include Deep-Fried Dough with Fresh Oysters (NT$200) and Pickles and Pork Hotpot (NT$280).
