Exquisite, all-you-can-eat shrimp dishes have many flavors.
The novel-flavored Hong Lu Jiu Shrimps is prepared with Hong Lu Jiu－red yeast rice liquor, sesame oil, ginger and Chinese medicinal herbs. Citron Shallot Shrimps is a wonderful citrus-flavored dish while Garlic Shrimps goes perfectly with liquor.
This red spicy broth is prepared with over 50 Chinese herbs and spices, resulting in wonderful fragrances and a delightful, tongue-numbing spiciness. The white broth--made with sugar cane, vegetables and fruit--is perfect for anything from green veggies to meat.
