Located next to SK Cineplex in Mitsukoshi Department Store, this large, classy restaurant combines Japanese-style table grilling with Western-style ambiance, appetizers and desserts. Diners can enjoy grilling a variety of ingredients (ordered as set meals or a la carte) and pair it with about 40 types of Old and New World wines, plus beers and sakes. --By Douglas Habecker, translated by Edward Lin

A. A sampling from the lunch/dinner menu includes a wonderfully-savory "Egg Cocotte" Baked Farm Eggs in Cocotte Pan (NT$360), made with Morchella mushrooms, tomatoes, garlic, bacon, and white truffle and red-wine sauces; the Spanish-style Seared Squid Stuffed with Seafood (NT$450); and "Bouillabaisse" Southern French Seafood Soup (NT$320).

B. US Prime cut-to-order Rib Eye (pictured; NT$480 per 100g) and other steaks are among the choices. Top-grade Australian Wagyu beef, together with pork, duck, lamb and chicken, are also available.
