The owners of this restaurant were inspired by Dr. Lei Jiu-Nan, famous for her healthy lifestyle. To ensure safe, healthy cuisine, the owner only uses oxygen-rich water for cooking, as well as cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and homemade sauces. Even the dried fruit in desserts like panna cotta are home-processed. Ya Yue Yuan offers various Chinese dishes, healthy hotpots and cold dishes. The business lunch (NT$180-220) includes any entree, two side dishes, rice and a soup.
