This hot pot restaurant's fairytale-like ambiance includes a colorful first floor and palatial, French-style second floor. The hot-pot apple broth (limited servings per day) is made daily by simmering 7-8 natural ingredients, onions, apples and corn. All meals come with Lemon Dragon Eye Honey Tea and Yam Minced Pork Rice. Set meals (NT$198) include a broth (five choices) like Natural Apple, Garden (Vegetarian), or Ocean Seaweed; a main protein (10 choices) including Pork, Vanilla Lamb, and Cherry Duck;, noodle dish (three choices); and a vegetable combination platter.--By Niang Chen, translated by Erica Lin

A. The rich-looking New Zealand Top Blade Beef, together with veggies, enriches the Natural Apple Hot Pot, to which Handmade Udon Noodles are also added.

B. Another great meal is the Smiley Tomato Hot Pot, with fresh snapper, Yam Rice (add NT$5 for Yam Minced Pork Rice) and a la carte clams (NT$50) from Yunlin.

Honey AppleC. Both the restaurant's striking exterior and its apple hot pots make it a memorable experience.
