The Changs, a couple who love life and gourmet food, offer very original spicy hot pot varieties, with rich, spicy flavors and aromas that awaken the senses of taste and smell. North Spicy Hot Pot features traditional, Taiwanese spicy hot pot flavors and there's a minimum broth charge of NT$90/person, with unlimited refill of duck blood jelly and tofu. A. The Classic Spicy Red Pot and Healthy Ginseng Garlic Pot, Needle Mushrooms (NT$50), baked "you tiao" (deep-fried bread sticks, NT$50) and Lamb Wrap (NT$160) can be cooked together, along with Beef Belly (NT$180) and Lotus (NT$90). Shandong Buns (NT$40) are also a great complement to this meal.

B. Selected Sirloin (NT$260) should be simmered briefly and enjoyed with lots of garlic and green onions for a perfect balance.
