The famous A-qiu culinary company, famous for its duck restaurants, is now expanding into fresh territory with the launch of its "tang-bao" dumpling restaurant. This place mainly offers various Chinese dumplings, beef noodles and Spicy Oil Wontons with Shrimp (NT$140-180). There are also seasonal dishes and soups for diners to enjoy with the delicious dumplings, all for reasonable prices. --By Niang Chen, translated by Angel Pu

A. Besides the restaurant's "tang-bao" dumplings, there are also Shrimp Steamed Dumplings and Vegetarian Dumplings that contain chopped bok choy vegetables. Other side dishes include various steamed dim sum delicacies (NT$90-180), the Spicy Assorted Dish (NT$300), Braised Duck with Rock Sugar (NT$230), Onions and Eggplants, Papaya and Passion Fruit Pickles, and Spicy Tofu Sheet Filled with Bean Sprouts (NT$50-80).

B. A-qiu Tang-bao (NT$140 for 7 dumplings) contains juicy pork stuffing and is filled with a soup cooked with pork skin, onions, apples, carrots, and celery for five hours.
