A. A lunch set (NT$138) includes a main dish like Baked Boneless Chicken Lisbon Style, Braised Beef with Black Pepper Sauce, or Chicken Stewed with Bell Pepper Sauteed. Popular in Macau, the baked boneless chicken has a unique sauce containing turmeric and onions. The addition of milk to the braised beef entree mellows out the spiciness of black pepper, onions and garlic.
B. Spare Rib Casserole Shanghai Style (NT$160) mixes tender, sweet spare ribs with a sauce made from rock sugar, Zheng Jiang black vinegar, soy sauce and red yeast. The savory, fresh shrimp and clams in the authentic Thai Seafood Rice Noodles in Soup Sour & Chili (NT$160) complements sour lemongrass and Thai eggplant.
C. The interior's stylish apple-green hue creates a healthy and natural feeling atmosphere.
