This three-in-one Singapore-based establishment combines Justin Bistro & Wine Bar, Simply French By Justin Quek, and the Xing Zhou Lao Ye Noodle Bar (by the restaurant entrance). A. An authentic, spicy Singaporean favorite, Laksa (NT$250 at Bistro or NT$298 set at Noodle Bar) is a savory noodle dish filled with egg, shrimp, fish balls, tofu and other goodies.
B. JQ's Signature Farm Chicken Casserole in Shao Xing Wine, Sauteed Mushrooms and Pommes Puree (NT$500) is among the Bistro's fusion-style main courses, ranging from Bah Kut Teh with Rice Vermicelli to Duck Confit Perigodine, pizzas and even a cheeseburger topped with Gruyere cheese. There are also salads and desserts, like the Souffle Rothschild (NT$400, 2-3 people).
