A. The chewy, delicious Matsusaka Pork (NT$230/set) includes assorted mushrooms, celery, beefsteak tomatoes and onions. Deep-fried Pork Chops with Miller's Bran (NT$210/set) is brilliant with curry sauce.
B. Chef Qiu and Stewed Beef with Fermented Rice Wine (NT$260), containing shredded beef, beef stomach, beef tendons with chili, shredded green onions, fermented sticky rice wine, soy sauce and "dou ban jiang" (spicy soy paste).
C. Dongpo Pork (NT$110) has a unique flavor combination of garlic, ginger and dried citrus peel, and is so soft and tender that it literally melts in your mouth. Add NT$100 for a set meal with soup, side dishes, vegetable, drink, dessert and vinegar drink.
