Manager Roy Chen worked with experienced chef Gordon Chen--a returnee from California--to develop creative new flavors here. There are four "Devil" burgers--all with beef patties and dark squid-ink buns--and four "Angel" burgers--a traditional bun with a chicken, duck or fish, plus decent salads, soup, fried chicken and fish nuggets, teas, soft drinks and coffee. --By Douglas Habecker, translated by Angela Cheng
