Desserts and drinks are NT$20-90. --By Niang Chen, translated by Angela Cheng

A. Seasonal Vegetable Rice (NT$140) is a combination of purple cabbage, corn, sweet beans and gold pickles, accented by the lightly baked rice after it is fully mixed. Tofu Tempura (NT$50), Plum Tomato (NT$50) and Sesame Nut Soymilk (NT$90) are also pictured.

B. Soup Leaves Soymilk Udon (NT$140) is poured into a heated pot, where a thin soy "skin" forms on the surface from the pure soymilk base. Chewy Nan-qiao Sanuki Udon noodles are added for a new flavor, while other dishes include Fried Crispy Vegetables (NT$80), Coco Soymilk (NT$80) and Pumpkin Tofu (NT$50).
