Youthful Chef Huang is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Japan and studied Japanese and French cuisine. The relaxing ambiance with light-colored decor includes an outdoor glass house that is a favorite of romantic couples. --By Uvia Chang, translated by Angela Cheng, photos by Lin Li Han

A. There are a variety of appetizers, Japanese-style burgers, pasta, omu-rice, illy coffee and fruit tea. There's also a healthy brunch on Saturday/Sunday mornings, with a drink choice of red or green tea or juice and three entree options (NT$170-200)--Cinnamon Toast, Smoked Chicken, and Hamburger Steak (pictured), served with crispy fries. The salad veggies are carefully cleaned with RO oxygenated water and include fresh sweet carrots. There is also a sunny side-up egg on bacon with the brunch.
