This very fashionable, innovative dining space is hidden in the GongYi Road commercial area. Koharu features a simple, natural Hokkaido style, upholding the spirit of Japanese Kaiseki cuisine, using seasonal fresh ingredients and following old traditional and complex preparation processes that generate satisfying food and a full human-nature connection.
