In times of public concern about food safety, GreeNest embraces organic ideals, selling fruit and vegetables grown on its organic farm, equipped with a high-tech greenhouse and following natural farming methods. This produce is sold via direct marketing and direct delivery, or is incorporated into the store's tasty dishes, salads and juices, allowing customers to savor naturally-flavored, fresh, healthy and non-toxic food. --By Uvia Chang, translated by Alicia Yu

A. Hot Pots (vegetable NT$380, non-veg NT$580) use a tomato and vegetable based broth and include plates of plentiful organic, in-season vegetables such as purple corn, eggplants, and Okinawan and Malabar spinach. Extras include an energy soup, starters and tri-colored rice. The meat in the non-veg pot is healthy pork slices and grass carp cultivated in a non-toxic environment. These can be dipped in pumpkin seed oil or a fragrant homemade sauce.

B. GreeNest sells a wide variety of local and imported organic goods and produce.

C. This new breed of business embraces healthy dining ideals and organic produce.
