December Gallery, situated near Fengjia Night Market and across from Fengjia Park, exhibits the artistic and charming nature of its owner. Here, one can enjoy a cozy morning or afternoon among the artwork and owner's wide array of handmade artistic creations. Savory, handmade pies, pasta dishes and waffles are popular menu choices. With the approach of hot summer weather, one great afternoon-tea option is the following combination of vanilla ice cream and a green-tea topping, which you can also easily create at home.

Ingredients

Ingredients (1 serving):
1. Green tea powder 1 teaspoon
2. Milk 100 cc
3. Vanilla ice cream 1 scoop
4. Some ice cubes and sugar

Preparation:
1. Pour green tea powder into a special drink shaker and mix with warm water.
2. Add ice cubes, milk and sugar to the glass and close the lid.
3. Shake until all ingredients are well blended.
4. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in a serving bowl and pour the blended topping over it. Garnish with a sprinkling of green tea powder.
