This creative fusion restaurant, focusing on gourmet beef noodles, has a modern, fine-dining ambiance ideal for foreign visitors wanting to sample traditional fare. Individual noodle and rice dishes start from NT$260 and appetizers start from NT$60. --By Niang Chen, translated by S. Ying

C. Large Meal Set (NT$780) allows you to select 10 courses, including a choice of Beef Noodles, Kimchi Pork Rice, Salmon Rice and other noodle/rice dishes as main course. The famous Ruby Black Tea, Fresh Fish Soup with Chili, Matsusaka Pork with Four Dressings, Fine Chicken Broth with Abalone & Radish, and Fried Beef Bun with Vegetables are all among varied other course choices. The highly-recommended Signature Beef Noodle Soup has richly flavored broth, handmade noodles, and beef cooked with a flaming torch.
