This vegetarian restaurant reopened with the same executive chef from its previous HeNan Road location and continues showcasing the spirit of Hakka cuisine with a variety of stir-fried entrees (NT$50-160) and set meals (six dishes and a soup for NT$1,800, or eight dishes and soup for NT$2,400).--By Lin Fu-shan, translated by S. Ying

A. Three Cups Hedgehog Mushrooms (NT$160) goes wonderfully with rice because of its rich "three cups" flavors and tender mushrooms. Sweet & Sour Golden Nuggets (NT$140) are crispy on the outside and filled with taro.

B. Hakka Stir-Fry (NT$140) is a dish made with vegetarian gluten, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and bean curd, offering salty, savory flavors. To prepare, Teppanyaki Tofu (NT$130), the tofu is first deep fried before being paired with spicy ginger sauce.

C. Mushroom Pumpkin Soup (NT$130) blends mashed mushrooms, garlic and pumpkin for a puree-like texture.
