To promote healthy living, Vegetarian Diet offers a vegetarian buffet of dishes meticulously prepared from daily-fresh ingredients by chefs with five-star hotel experience. Helping ensure these selections are even more delicious, sauces are mainly made from natural ingredients. A. The spacious, bright and relaxing decor includes fresh rosemary, basil and peppers grown by the door.

B. Over 40 kinds of seasonal fruits and vegetables are delivered fresh every day and grilled, steamed and stir-fried, or served as cold appetizers, in a variety of flavorful, healthy dishes.

C. Your bill is calculated here by weight--NT$22 per 100 grams--and there is a choice of white or brown rice plus free soup and drinks. The average customer pays NT$70 to NT$120, depending on their portion size.
