Joining its original Fengjia Night Market location, Little Tibet's second branch is in the YiZhong shopping district. Both specialize in Indian curries and entrees. A. Executive Chef Joshi is an experienced chef from India and has worked at a five-star hotel there, specializing in both southern and northern Indian curries.
B. Tibetan Deep Fried Pastries (NT$50 for 2 pieces) are offered in three flavors--beef, lamb, or cheese (vegetarian--with two kinds of cheese, cabbage and carrots)--and feature crispy skin filled with a juicy stuffing.
C. Beef, lamb or chicken curries (NT$120) are made with over 10 spices such as cinnamon, peppers, cloves, parsley and nutmeg, with a masala curry base to provide rich flavors. Bathed in curry, the meat chunks can can savored with rice or bread.
