Belonging to the A-Kuan Restaurant Chain, Yuan Niu offers a grill, hotpot and sukiyaki all in one place. The spacious premises remain open for dining throughout the day, with two-person sukiyaki meals starting at NT$799 and two-person hotpot meals starting at NT$899 with choices of a soy milk or seaweed soup base. B. The Sukiyaki Meal for Three (NT$2,088) comes with high-quality ingredients like Australian beef tongue, Angus beef ribs, prawns, oysters, and abalone, plus various appetizers such as chef's salad, salmon roe rice bun, lotus ear sweet soup, matcha red beans and black sugar tofu.
