This Korean-owned restaurant capitalizes on the recent fad of Korean "oil-barrel cooking". This set-up, imported from South Korea, allows a fume and smoke free barbecuing experience. Meats include high-grade fatty pork (250g, NT$300) and beef steak (250g, NT$400) cut to a perfect thickness. Cooked to seal in juices, the tender meat is crisp on the outside and goes well with fresh lettuce wraps, chili bean paste, garlic and soy flour. Diners also get unlimited enjoyment of four handmade appetizers, including sweet pumpkin, mustard radish, and marinated onions. --By Niang Chen, translated by S. Ying

A. Cheesy Fried Egg (NT$100) and authentic, chewy, tender Spicy Rice Cakes (NT$150) with mozzarella cheese make a delicious meal.

B. Fatty Pork (NT$300) and Beef Steak (NT$400) are pictured with Spicy Cold Noodles (NT$180), made from sweet potatoes and served with homemade sweet chili sauce, chopped cucumber slices, and boiled eggs.

C. Korean owner Xu Sheng Zeng loves Taiwan's friendly people and culture, leading him to open this Korean variation of a izakaya eatery.
