The Art Museum Parkway's long-standing Le Jardin de Giverny restaurant has moved right next door, around the corner, to cozier premises where the restaurant's cooking classroom is located. The renamed business now offers a daily NT$268 breakfast (pictured) that includes a plate of eggs, sausage, potato wedges, salad and other regularly changing items, plus side dishes, fruit/vegetable juice, dessert and coffee. Chefs can replenish food in this meal, which is all-you-can-eat (except for dessert and coffee). There is also a menu for "sous-vide" style western set lunches, and afternoon teatime a la carte desserts and drinks. Eight-course western dinner sets (NT$1200-1500) are available with three-day advance reservations. Diners can sit at the teaching bar, directly in front of working chefs, or at tables in the back. Regular Chinese/western cooking classes are also scheduled (see Facebook or call) or can be organized by request, with NT$1500/person covering three dishes that students enjoy at the end. --By Douglas Habecker, translated by Anna Yang
