With an exterior that includes a giant pink bunny, this restaurant's spacious interior includes a private VIP room plus bar-style seating ideal for individual customers. Chef Tsai Ming-yuen, who has earned top awards at several international cooking competitions, is a Japanese cuisine expert and offers a series of exquisite, high-end seafood dishes, plus reasonably-priced NT$380 weekday business lunch sets. The Premium Seafood Over Rice (NT$580) has an abundance of fresh ingredients like sea urchin, squid, tuna, swordfish, and salmon roe with vinegar-seasoned rice blended with seaweed, plus miso soup. The Specialty Meal Set (NT$780) includes Japanese-style salad, abalone, fresh shrimp, sushi roll, chicken kebab, sea urchin steamed egg custard, fish miso soup, and dessert. The grilled sushi roll, exuding fish fat aromas, is one savory part of this exquisite, filling and satisfying meal. --By Melody, translated by Anna Yang
