Fresh, live seafood is quickly cooked in professional steamers here for appetizing, light and healthy dishes. Customers can select fish, shrimp, scallops, crabs and lobsters directly from a tank to be weighed, steamed, and rinsed in the open kitchen before delivery to their tables, with high cooking temperatures sealing in fresh seafood juices in just a few minutes. Every tasty and tender ingredient--vegetables, meat, mushrooms and seafood--is steamed and ready for savoring with rose salt or dipping sauce. Recommended items include the steamed Boston lobsters, Hokkaido king crabs prepared three ways, pork belly, and seasonal vegetables. Rice added at the bottom of cooking pots absorbs the nutritious soup base for a delicious seafood congee. Business lunch meal sets and Cantonese dim sum are also served. The Crab Meal Set (NT$1,999) and Lobster Meal Set (NT$2,680) both serve two and come with appetizers, cold plates and an additional nine dishes. A large, second-floor banquet hall is available for traditional banquet dining. --By Uvia Chang, translated by Anna Yang
