Like local shrimp restaurant Top-D as well as Yet-sen Restaurant and Intime Bakery, just-opened Blossom DayLife is tied to the Top-D Restaurant Co. Highlights at this establishment include a creative variety of modern Taiwanese dishes that combine Taiwanese, Japanese, Italian and French cuisine and a simple, postmodern-style interior design. Recommended delicacies include Fried Tofu with Salted Egg Yolk, Salad of Fresh Fish Eggs, Stir-Fried Bitter Gourd with Pepper Salt, Scrambled Eggs with Curry, Pot of Shrimp with Barbecue Sauce, Hometown Red Braised Pork, and Stewed Chicken with Mountain Litseac, with prices ranging from NT$180 to NT$450. Since opening, Blossom DayLife has been attracting a stream of office workers for working-day lunches and families during weekends. --By Bill Zeng, translated by Anna Yang
