This bright, modern restaurant is decorated with an ark-like structure in the middle of its spacious dining space, where customers savor fresh seafood delicacies prepared in American, Italian and French styles by experienced Chef Claudio Musso Sicily, Italy. Three chefs from Taiwan, Spain and Italy prepare a multicultural mix of cuisine, including seafood, grilled and deep-fried items, pasta and pizza (NT$380-420), burgers and appetizers. Besides main entrees (from NT$680) like pork ribs, roasted duck and short ribs, there is seasonally-priced king crab, Maine lobster and sturgeon, plus delicious deep-fried combination plates prices ranging from NT$200 to NT$750. Many of the large-portioned dishes are big enough to share between 3-4 diners. Recommended desserts include Flambe Bombe Alaska and Apple Rose Tart (NT$120).
